SHIPPING
All our products are custom made to order and turnaround can be between 10 and 28 working days.
Once an order is complete it is all orders are dispatched via Royal Mail for delivery within 2 to 5 days.
LOST PARCELS
If you consider your item to be ‘lost’ please contact me within 28days of the expected delivery date.
Orders deemed as lost after this time will not be replaced or refunded.
Royal Mail require 12 working days pass in order to deem a parcel lost, if your item has still not arrived after this time your order will be replaced. No refunds on lost parcels.
RETURNS
All our products go through a quality check. If in the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty it will be put right at our cost. We ask that you make contact within 14 days to arrange a return.
If you order an item in the wrong size Magic Kind cannot issue a replacement item.
We only accept returns on items which having a manufacturing defect for example if a fastener is not working before it has been washed or ironed by the customer within 14 days. Any item that is returned displaying signs of use and/or washing will be returned to you and no replacement sent.

All of our items are made to order and are exempt from the distance selling regulations in relation to 'change of mind'. Once an item is made it cannot be remade in to something else. Ensure you read all product descriptions and if unsure email us at [email protected] 

There are strictly no returns on fabric purchases.
